What I wore to Graduation

Hey guys

So I graduated last week!!! It’s absolute madness that after all the blood, sweat and tears that it’s finally over and I can now start getting on with normal life. Although only 2 years of my life, I have to say anyone thinking of doing a Masters think REALLY REALLY HARD! I do love what I do and I love the girls I met on the course, but it really challenged me.DSCN0263

For those that might be thinking what did you study? I studied social work and I am very lucky to be able to study a course I am passionate about.

On the day, I brought along my parents and my boyfriend Andy to enjoy watching me prance around in my Harry Potter Robes for a few hours.

Now this post might not interest everyone, but I thought if anyone has a party coming up or an occasions and is also heavily pregnant they might want to know what I was wearing on the day. I chose a flower printed maternity dress with a tie around the waist to show off my bump, rather than look like I ate too much food at Christmas. I paired this dress with my rather lovely shoes I bought in the summer that I can never wear and a bag that my parents mostly spent the day holding

Dress: ASOS (maternity) – it’s on sale now!

Bag: Topshop (A few years old so Topshop no longer sell. They do sell similar bags!)

Shoes: Kurt Geiger – Last season. Cannot find a link anywhere!

Graduate gown – Keele university.

Left: Me and Andy. Right: My mum, myself and my dad.

I’m very grateful for everyone that supported me through my masters and continues to support me.

Don’t worry I’ll go back to the food posts now!
